Hello! I am a solution-focused therapist, which means I believe anybody can overcome the pain and struggles of an unfulfilling life by first being clear about the desired outcomes and then being intentional about the actions taken to shape the life envisioned. I will empower your imagination to craft a crystal clear picture of the life you want through a series of thoughtful questions and that are meant to uncover the solutions to life's barriers.
Adults clients often come with difficulties surrounding major life stressors such as divorce, loss, anxiety, job stress, depression. I will help you shape the outcomes you desire.
Couples, whether in a committed relationship or ending one, I will help you BOTH craft your desired outcome and set course the steps that make you both happy.
The unique struggles teens face in this 21st century world require powerfully positive action that give teens the safety to explore, ask questions, and bounce back from missteps.
